Level 1’s WBR-3407 is an ADSL Broadband Router that provides an economic combination of ADSL modem, Broadband Router, Wireless AP and Switching hub into one unit and shares the high-speed ADSL Internet connection to wired or wireless users. The 4-port switch allows 4 workstations to connect with as well as supports 10/100 Mbps data transfer rate and auto MDI/MDIX function for each port. The integrated 802.11g 54Mbps Wireless Access Point provides users simple and flexible accessing to all LAN or Internet resources wirelessly. With the Web-based management interface, users can manually configure the advanced settings through general browser. For the security functions, WBR-3407 supports not only NAT firewall with SPI mode to protect the network against DoS attacks but also featured VPN function including IPSec, PPTP, L2TP pass-through to prevent unwanted access by potential hackers. The wireless data transfer is also protected by WEP 64/128-bit WEP encryption. Finally, to keep up with changing technologies, web-based firmware upgrade is easily carried out.
