Sdn Bhd (505364-W) (formerly known as Level One
Communications (M) Sdn Bhd) holds an ASP license
(ASP/144/2006) from the Malaysian Communications
and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). This license
enables us to bring voice and data services to
you. Level 1 was previously under the marketing
subsidiary of DataCall Sdn Bhd.
Level 1 is committed to bring
the highest levels of voice quality and customer
service to Malaysia and does so under the guidelines
issued by the MCMC and the General Consumer Code
of Practice for the Communications and Multimedia
Industry – Malaysia.
Level 1 achieves its superior
quality of voice services by being uncompromising
in the selection of its equipment and termination
partners. Unlike many operators who use third
parties to terminate their traffic, Level 1 deals
directly with the major Malaysian Telco for the
termination of its traffic ensuring the quality
is the same as that provided by these major telecommunications
